The second thing I want to say is that the reason we have not had another attack in this country, more than any other thing, is over 200,000 Americans who have been fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq against Al Qaeda and associated enemies, and they present not only skill and talent what they need to do, they also present a target-rich environment for Al Qaeda. So, we have had 200,000 Americans overseas presenting Al Qaeda with very, very lucrative targets, and therefore, why would they want to come here?

This is idiocy of the first order that Dick Cheney is putting out.

More Fun With Numbers

According to a recently released CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll, 23% of the American people think that Vice-President Cheney is the worse vice-president in history.

Another 41% said that Cheney was a poor vice president.

If you do the math, 64% of the American people think Cheney was a disaster.

The good news for Cheney? 1% of the people polled think Cheney is the best vice-president in history. And yes, if we're able to identify those people, I'm certain we can have them committed.
